Avon pays its Representatives primarily through commissions on the sales of Avon products. It can be done through sales on the internet, in person sales or a combination. The commissions can be paid directly into your Avon account using the AVON Wallet App or to your bank account. Leaders earn bonus earnings from their team's sales that are deposited directly into their Avon accounts or credited to their Avon debit cards.
