How to Start

It's important that you build solid foundations for your Avon business when you first start. This can be accomplished by making your online store more personalized and re-creating the Contact & Connect with Me section. This will give your customers the confidence that they are dealing with a real person. Add your store's e-mail address to every brochure you distribute.

Once you've done these things now it's time to begin talking to people about the new business! Begin with questions that allow your customers to tell you what they're looking for in products. Then explain the ways in which an Avon product will help them meet their needs and fix an issue. By building relationships and trust, you can overcome objections and skepticism.

Training

Avon is one of the few direct sales companies that actually offers new team members the tools they need to succeed right out of the starting. Compensation

Avon offers its Representatives an entry point for their business that is only PS10. This kit comes with the Perfectly Matte Lipstick, Perfectly Nude in addition to 10 brochures and 100 order forms. You also get access to AVON U, an online learning center that will help you develop and grow your business. There are also optional conventions and meetings to take part in to inspire and motivate you and your team.

Avon pays its Representatives mostly through commissions on the sales of Avon products. This can be accomplished through sales on the internet, in person sales, or a combination of both. The commissions are paid to your Avon account through the AVON Wallet app or directly into your bank account at end of each campaign. Leaders earn bonus money from their team's sales which are directly deposited into their Avon accounts or issued onto their avon starter set debit cards.
